Developing Champions 4 Life who are Winning With God and discovering, developing, and using their unique Championship Impact to serve, lead and mentor others.
Leadership Coaching / Pre‑Marriage Coaching

I’ve been married to my wife, Jeanie, for 26 years, and together we’ve raised three children who are now young adults. Sports have been a significant part of my life since childhood, and I continue to enjoy basketball, soccer, running, and weightlifting. Some of our favorite family memories have come through coaching and supporting our kids in sports, enjoying time at the beach, and sharing adventures such as skydiving, zip-lining, and high ropes courses.
Coaching has been part of my life since I was 16 years old. Over the past 26 years, I’ve coached basketball from Grade 4 through the collegiate level, developing a passion for helping people reach their potential.
In recent years, that passion has expanded into mentoring young men who desire to grow as leaders and men of faith, as well as coaching engaged couples as they prepare for marriage. My goal is to help individuals discover and use their God-given gifts and to help couples build strong, thriving marriages where they become best friends, great teammates, and extraordinary lovers.

We desire to see generations of leaders, individuals, and marriages built on strong, godly foundations, flourishing in healthy relationships, effective leadership, and lifelong Championship Impact.
Develop identity, gifts, team building, marriage, and life application through relaxed, prayerful, conversational sessions with real‑life leadership practice.
Build a strong foundation, strengthen communication
and unity, and prepare for a lifelong marriage—relaxed, conversational, and practical.

“Chia has honestly been such a positive mentor and coach figure in my life. He’s someone who always takes the time to listen and genuinely tries to understand how you’re feeling before giving advice. His leadership is something I really admire because he leads with patience, respect, and genuine care for others. He has great character and always makes people feel supported, motivated, and comfortable being themselves around him.”
- Balkar Sidhu (Former Player and Basketball Coach)
I have had the privilege of knowing Chia for nearly 20 years, and he is one of the most genuine, trustworthy, and godly men I know. What stands out most about Chia is his character—he lives with integrity, humility, and a deep commitment to following Jesus. Whether in his marriage, family, friendships, or leadership, he consistently models authentic faith.
Chia has had a significant impact on my life. Through years of friendship, mentorship, and countless conversations, he has helped shape my walk with Jesus, challenged me to grow as a man, strengthened me as a husband, and encouraged me as a father.
While coaching the men’s basketball program at Columbia Bible College, I watched him invest deeply in the lives of student‑athletes—through mentorship, leadership development, Bible studies, and intentional discipleship.
One of Chia’s greatest strengths is his ability to connect with people. He listens well, asks thoughtful questions, and creates an environment where people feel seen, valued, safe, and encouraged. If you are considering leadership coaching, mentorship, or pre-marriage coaching with Chia, I can recommend him without hesitation. His wisdom, experience, faith, and genuine love for people make him uniquely gifted to help others grow and thrive. I am grateful for his friendship and proud to call him a trusted mentor, leader, and brother in Christ.
- Drew Slaght (Former CBC Men’s Basketball Head Coach)
“I have known and worked with Chia since 2015. During our time serving and working in the same organization, we developed a strong mentoring and peer mentoring relationship. It has been gratifying to watch Chia grow in his dedication to serving others and developing leaders. Along with working with people, he has also written high quality leadership and relationship materials that have proven to be effective. Most importantly, throughout these years, Chia and I have become great friends!”
